Step 2: Fundamentals
$150 – covers your first two weeks. It includes 4 one on one sessions and unlimited group sessions during that period. Free if 12 month membership is paid up front.
$25 cancelation charge if under 24 hours.
Fundamentals cover all the movements you will see on a daily basis in the group classes. During these classes we cover the Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Thruster, Kipping Pull-Up, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Box Jump, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Clean, Kettlebell Swing, Wall Balls, and many other movements.
Step 3: Memberships
All Memberships are multi-gym Memberships – Good at CrossFit Descendants, CrossFit Saga in Ontario, CrossFit Lumberyard in Anaheim and CrossFit Chino Hills.
