  1. How did you hear about CrossFit?
    I found out about CrossFit when I was in high school but didn’t start until I found out through a friend that the Benders and Arredondos were starting a box. That is when I decided to join and haven’t stopped since.

  3. Favorite exercise or lift?
    Its a tie between Front Squats and Clean & Jerks
  4. What would we find on your iTunes playlist?
    90s Hip Hop/ Rap and  Mexican music
  5. What do you like to do with your free time?    Spend time with my girlfriend and family, eat a lot of food, go hiking, watch movies and play video games.
