  1. How did you hear about CrossFit?
    I heard about CrossFit through friends. I used to work out at 24hour and it was beginning to get hard to motivate myself to make it to the gym each day. When I decided to try CrossFit I realized the other members the gym were very close to one another and that they would hold me accountable each and every day. With my competitive racing background, I was quick to find out that CrossFit was what was missing in my life.
  2. What is your favorite WOD?
    “Fran” it is one of those WODs that only takes a couple minutes and you’re full throttle through the entire thing!
  3. Favorite exercise or lift?
    Snatch. 
  4. What would we find on your iTunes playlist?
    90% Country- anything from Blake Shelton to Jason Aldean to Chris Stapleton etc.
  5. What do you like to do besides CrossFit?
    Watching sports like baseball, hockey, football and NASCAR. I enjoy my days off by going hiking, the beach, the river and finding new adventures with friends!
