After having my daughter I struggle to lose weight, I was exercising and still gaining weight! I could not figure out why I was gaining weight when I was only eating two meals a day. I was really depressed and not happy with myself at all. I finally decided to join the Healthy Eating Challenge with coach Carol at CrossFit Descendants and it was one of the best decisions I have made.

I struggle to eat healthy through the challenge, I failed many times but I never gave up! Coach Carol always said “if you do not prep. You will fail” and in fact it happened to me often. Thanks to Coach Carol I have lost 11lbs yaaaay! Thank you so much for always pushing me to be the best I can and to believe that I could do it! Thank you for always making time to answer our text/emails. You have given me the tools that I need to continue eating healthy. Now that I know how to combine my food groups and see what 5 meals a day can do for me, I am never going back to eating the way I was before. I am not where I want to be with my weight but I am working towards where I want to be. I know I will fail at times but I will never quit! Thank you for changing my life Carol!
